How do I contact LUCKFIST?

What method do you use to ship my new apparel?
We currently ship within the Continental United States and our items are shipped by United Parcel Service ( UPS). If you are outside the Continental United States and would like to place an order please e-mail us your order request at info@luckfist.com and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. Actual shipping time can vary depending on your final shipping destination between 1 to 5 days using United Parcel Service ( UPS). NOTE: We can only ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to any P.O. boxes.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every attempt to keep everything in stock but sometimes it does happen. If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock, the out of stock items will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. We are sorry in advance if the product you’re wanting to buy is out of stock but remember, items shouldn’t stay out of stock for long, so keep checking back.
Can I return or exchange an Item?
Yes, for these reasons: wrong size, wrong item shipped or a defective item. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and accessories still attached. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original ship date, after this date has expired no returns or exchanges may be made.
To return an item please contact returns@luckfist.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Return shipping is provided at no charge. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and refund your card for the purchase price of the item. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
